Product Description
The HM-EDI-SH series can directly purify municipal tap water into high-quality pure water for use in clinical biochemical analyzers. It meets the secondary water quality requirements in the national standard GB/T6682-2008, ASTM, DINISO3696, NCCLS standards, and the primary water quality requirements in laboratories. With the latest integrated EDI process design featuring exclusive patents, it can be used in conjunction with fully automatic biochemical analyzers of various brands. It is a cost-effective ultra-pure water preparation system for hospital laboratory departments.
Product Features
1.The microcomputer fully automatic control features automatic functions such as self-check upon startup, automatic protection against water shortage and power failure, automatic stop at high water level in the water tank, activation at low water level, and timed automatic flushing of the system.
2. According to the requirements of the biochemical analyzer, some models are equipped with flow meters and pressure gauges.
3. The equipment displays the feed water pressure, membrane feed pressure, and the volume/quality/operating status of pure water online to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
4. The main unit is equipped with an independent water inlet, which is convenient for users to meet other water usage needs.
5. The latest EDI water treatment process is adopted, which is convenient for maintenance and does not require frequent replacement of consumables.
6. The system adopts international quality components such as imported booster pumps, imported reverse osmosis membranes and imported pipe fittings.
7. The equipment adopts an integrated design with a simple and elegant appearance. It also uses advanced modular and integrated design techniques, making installation and maintenance of the equipment simpler.
8. The equipment is equipped with an emergency water supply function, which can temporarily meet the water demand in an emergency.
9. The system is equipped with a leakage detection function, effectively preventing the impact of leakage on users.
10. Data can be downloaded to a computer or a dedicated printer via the RS232 data port.

The service life of the membrane is not specific to determine the answer, the general service life is 1-2 years. It depends on the quality of raw water, the size of water consumption, the proportion of pure water and wastewater equipment, prefilter material and equipment operating pressure, which will affect the service life of RO membrane.
 
3. What is the difference between ULP and LP?
ULP is low-pressure reverse osmosis membrane, the working pressure is 6-8 kg;
LP is high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane, the working pressure is 15kg;
